Added properties and setter function calls

Hey as mentioned in #13 (closed) I wanted to add getter functions. @kroeger mentioned that there is a much nicer way using properties! So I added this functionality to the cameraTemplate!

My tests using AVT cameras went fine. Please check other implementations if available. There is still some work to do:

  • Add deprecation warnings for the old set__ functions
  • Make these functions "private"
