Rename pixel format

Tim Betker requested to merge rename_pixel_format into master

Renamed the setPixelFormat function and added some recent changes to cameraAVT class. format is a reserved key in Python. Thats why we renamed it to a different, more fitting name.

Since pixel format is rather "new" I guess this should not break a lot of code - please check for yourself.
